2019 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week: Theme Graphics Reveal
The 2019 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Poster by Joe Barsin on display at your local Post Office through the month of April.
The DOJ’s Office of Victim’s of Crime (OVC) through The National Center for Victims of Crime commissioned Joe Barsin to design and illustrate the campaign for the 2019 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week which kicks off April 7 and runs through the 13th.

This online guide contains promotional graphics for online and print materials to support victims of crime and empower them to direct their own recovery. The poster is displayed in Federal Government Buildings and Court Houses including Post Offices throughout the United States.

2019 is the eighth year (2002 through 2019) that Joe Barsin has been asked to create the visual themes for the National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Scroll through the history of these posters here. These visual theme projects involved hundreds of graphics for online and print, in both English and Spanish, that were created by JEB Design, Inc. through a close working relationship with the National Center for Victims of Crime.
