Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or txt. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During the check-out process, you will determine which form of communication you want to receive.

All Print-On-Demand (POD) orders take 2-7 business days to custom make. Once completed, the product is then shipped. Citizen Pride works with numerous Print-On-Demand vendors since we want the best quality for the products we are offering. For this reason, please review the product description for specific details for that product.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup
Some of our products can be purchased and picked up at Local By Design in the Annapolis Westfield Mall (2 store fronts down from The Apple Store).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or mobile txt notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. For in-stock products, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email/txt, please contact us at info@citizenpride.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
