Citizen Pride is grateful to Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks and Friends of Downs Park for supporting a local artist in commemorating the 40th Anniversary at Downs Park. Joe Barsin was honored to work with them again and we had a wonderful day at their community day.
