Annapolis Film Festival 2013 art print by Joe Barsin. The first Annapolis Film Festival was in 2013. Annapolis is located on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay near the 4 mile long Bay Bridge. The city is the state capital of Maryland and is famous for its active sailing culture. The illustration links Annapolis with Hollywood and the long history of film festivals. Barsin portrays the Golden Age of Hollywood’s Starlet, a.k.a Marilyn Monroe, announcing the festival’s theme, ‘Talk Movie to Me!'. Her pose is an homage to the great Soviet Constructivist poster designer, Rodchenko, of the 1930’s.

Our prints are produced on acid-free papers using archival inks to guarantee that they last a lifetime without fading or loss of color. All art prints include a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting, if desired.
